The colorful pictures with the old building are an installation at the Museum of Money, just at the entrance. It was called the pergola and made of steel and plexiglass. It was really very effective and quite pleasing. The sunlight would make the sidewalk under the pergola pale versions of the colors above. The plexiglass creaked as the weather affected it. The building is around a cement courtyard, so the two photos are taken looking into the courtyard and out of the doorway.
