Crazy Cat & Christmas Walk Pictures

LIZ SAYS: The first pictures are of this crazy cat across the street. It lives on the third floor. The owner puts it out and it actually walks on the balcony railings and climbs the building. Seems impossible, but I have seen it hanging by 2 paws over the street only to look back and see it on an upper balcony. Too weird!
Someone asked me on Facebook what do Parisians do for Christmas. Most people seem to go to the little towns they come from and have dinner with relatives. Then, visitors and residents alike all go down to the 8th, which includes major stores and the Champs Elysees to look at the shop windows and the lights. There is a huge Christmas Village set up, which sells everything from the french version of hot dogs smothered in emmenthal cheese in a baguette to hot mulled wine. Personally, I am not a fan of the hot wine, it seems to be a good way to get rid of plonk. And the hot dogs can be a little greasy, but its fun until we get sick of the crowds. So, for the next several postings, there are pictures of our post Christmas walk. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
