SO LONDON
SO LONDON LIZ SAYS: This is the sort of thing that makes my heart melt for Paris. She can be just so cute. We had seen from posters and ad campaigns around town that the Bon Marche was having a So London exhibition. Bon Marche is the department store. So of course, we had to see what was "So London", besides, I could use some socks. Not only did the store have part of the second floor dedicated to self reflecting English designers and things that have "the Beatles" and their green apples all over them. Yeah okay, typical clothing store, but my dear, in the basement. In the basement was a white and black round room with red headphones hanging from the ceiling over comfy chairs. The room was lined with classic Roxy, Ferry covers, while the big screen in the middle played an interview with Ferry and the artist who did the covers. If you didn't have the headphones on, you'd hear Roxy/Ferry classics. It was a sunken sumptuous experience in a department store. Paris, my girl can sing !
