Wow. How different is France from the US? Hollande has been declared winner of the presidential election and people are literally celebrating in the streets. They are cheering out the windows and I actually saw 3 people, waving a flag, down the block. The Bastille, is packed with a crowd that has been there all day, now they are drinking champagne. Hollande is in the center of the country in Tulle and he is coming to Paris to speak at midnight. The presidential motorcade (on TV) showed Hollande in a very small car, unlike any presidential motorcade I've ever seen. Bye, bye Sarko
