this is what Dick called an homage to cleveland or whatever working class city Lynch came from. We could not remember. the middle portion showed what looked like projected fireworks on a screen. The fireworks were in the middle of a black building on a black background with what looked like candlelit windows.
the singing of this chanteuse was what attracted most people to the windows and they could hear the weird typical Lynchian singing for most of the installation windows.the arms went up and down and the lips moved like a video.
