What's the matter U?

DICK SAYS:Nice today in France if a little cloudy. Teddy has been welcoming the spring sun wholeheartedly--a little too wholeheartedly on some days, in fact. Buster seems pleased by the change in the amount of daylight as well. I thought that he'd be terrified of the scaffolding they're erecting across the street in preparation for city mandated facade cleaning, but he's actually fascinated by it. Better than flocks of pigeons shooting down over the eaves, I guess. Sorry to hear about all the terrible things happening in Wisconsin. But what else can you expect when you put a college dropout in charge? To be honest, at the moment the nuclear problems in Japan are more worrying. Here in Europe, nuclear power is very much a part of many countries' energy portfolios, which doesn't bode well for the annual protest season. But as Liz has noted, the flowers are blooming, the sun is shining (much of the time) and the cycle of life goes on. Now back to the task at hand: "Quiet, Teddy!"
