LIZ SAYS: After an hour and a half of goofy floats, rocking party trucks, support vehicles stacked with bikes and gear, motorcycle cops and TV vans, it finally happened. Whoosh, zoom,YAY! the lagger and done. It was, maybe, 8 seconds of rainbow colored blur. I saw the Tour de France!
Oh, the last picture is the lagger. he was so far behind the peloton, we weren't even sure he was in the race. He got cheers though!
