LIZ SAYS: Post whoosh, the whole scene deflated into the huge traffic jam that had been building over the last 3 hours.
The cops gave up on the whole rules and order thing and that red and white caution tape? The French driver don't need no stinkin' red and white caution tape.
It was hilarious to see the cars edge up to the tape, creep under it and drive on. And, when a moto driver approached, check the photos and you will see, a pedestrian just lifted the tape for the biker to get through. Paris, gotta love it!
