EYE Film Center
This is the Eye.
The Film Center. Its a white, angled off oval shape and was built to be a landmark. Not only does it have a great terrace with gale force winds, its just the main visual that includes, water birds and a couple of rows of boats off the pier.

There is also a temporary Recycling/ Think About Your Trash museum. It has a sculpture of thousands of deteriorating plastic bottles cascading down its side.
On the way into the dock, the ferry passes a sub with a Soviet logo spray painted on it and a globe made of recyclable plastics. The globe is to waste away in front of our eyes, to remind us that plastic wastes away, eventually.

The Film Center itself is an impressive new building. Its full of unexpected angles and vantage points.
Movies run and a shop sells things film related. When we were there, the shop had a Hitchcock Bird's theme going on.
