We Were Strolling through the Park one Day

LIZ SAYS: We took a long, luxurious ride out to one of my favorite parks. One of the greatest treats is seeing the horses being walked and trained by the Republican Guard. We watched a fellow training a gorgeous horse, doing something that looked like dressage. I don’t really know that much about dressage, but the horse was sort of dancing while moving to the side while circling around. 

 Later, we  chanced upon some of the soldiers practicing stunts by piling on a motorcycle, doing handstands and while the thing was circling around the parking lot. There was clearly going to be a show. There were stands set up. There were no fancy uniforms, but, hey, we got the show for free.
